1.    To participate in this promotion, players must be over 21 years of age at the time of the promotion. The player must also have an active F+ license on www.goldenpalacesports.be.
2.    This promotion is only valid for the Tour de France, which takes place from 05/07/2025 to 27/07/2025.
3.    To be eligible for this promotion, a bet must meet all the conditions listed below:
a. The bet must be placed on a stage winner in the “stage winner” market (21 different stages in total).
b. The bet must be placed between 05/07 and 27/07/2025.
c. The bet must be placed pre-match.
d. The bet must be a single bet. Multiple bets (bets with several selections) and system bets are not eligible for this promotion.
e. The bet cannot be settled using the Cashout function.
4.    Only the first placed bet that meets all conditions listed in point 3 is eligible for this promotion. Bets placed afterward by the player will not be taken into account, even if they meet all the conditions in point 3. However, players may place other eligible bets on the next stages of the Giro.
5.    If the first bet placed meeting the conditions in point 3 is a losing bet but was placed on a stage winner who finishes in the top 3 (second or third), the player will be refunded their stake.
6.    The stake, if applicable, will be credited to the player's account within 5 working days after the end of the stage.
7.    If the event is canceled for any reason, the promotion will be considered void.
8.    Golden Palace reserves the right to check, at any time, data and transaction logs for any reason. If it turns out after such checks that a customer is participating in strategies considered illicit by Golden Palace management, they reserve the right to cancel the player’s right to promotions.
9.    By participating in this promotion, players declare that they accept its terms and conditions.
10.    By participating in this promotion, players agree to receive promotional and informational messages about this promotion. This consent applies only to this promotion and does not affect other player preferences regarding newsletters.
11.    Golden Palace's general terms and conditions apply to this promotion.
12.    In case of a conflict between the different language versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
13.    In case of a dispute with the organizer, the Limited Liability Company B.W.C (hereinafter "BWC SRL" or "GOLDEN PALACE"), with its registered office at 120 Avenue des Croix de Guerre, 1120 Brussels, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0842 448 364, any dispute—regardless of whether initiated by Golden Palace or not—shall be resolved exclusively by the French-speaking courts of Brussels.
14.    Golden Palace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this promotion in part or in full.
