4. Activation Conditions

Golden Palace reserves the right to review player accounts, transaction records and betting activity at any time.

If a player is found to be participating in strategies deemed abusive, fraudulent or contrary to these terms and conditions, Golden Palace reserves the right to:

• void the relevant bets;
• exclude the player from future promotions.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to this promotion involving B.W.C limited liability company (hereinafter "BWC LLC" or "Golden Palace"), registered at 120 Avenue des Croix de Guerre, 1120 Brussels and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0842 448 364, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels.

Golden Palace reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
