Cashout: take control of your bet

At Golden Palace Sports, we believe in putting the power in your hands. Our Cashout feature lets you take control of your bets before the final whistle blows. Say goodbye to waiting anxiously and hello to strategic decision-making.
What is Cashout?
Cashout allows you to settle your bets before they reach their natural conclusion. Whether you're feeling the thrill of a potential win or looking to cut your losses, this feature lets you make real-time decisions on your terms. No more second-guessing – seize the opportunity and cash out when it matters most.
How does it work?
1. Find your bet for which you want to use the cashout feature in the “My bets” section.
2. If the cashout feature is available for your bet, the cashout value (i.e. the value that will be returned to you when cashing out the full bet) will be indicated next to your bet. Note that this amount is dynamic, as it is calculated based on the equally dynamic probability of your bet. You can also opt for a partial cashout, allowing you to cash out only a portion of your bet while letting the rest ride.
3. Once you have confirmed the cashout, your bet will count as settled (Cashed Out) and the cashout amount will immediately be credited to you your player account. The final result of the event will have no further impact on the cashed out amount of your bet.
1. Cashout is available on (bets on) selected events or markets.
2. A time delay may be implemented during the acceptance of a cashout request. In case of a price change or a market suspension during that delay, the request may be declined.
3. If a cashout request is successful, this will be displayed with status Cashed Out and the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the original bet will have no impact on the cashout amount.
4. Golden Palace does not guarantee availability of the cashout feature for any event or bet.
5. If the market on which you placed your bet has become unavailable or suspended, then the cashout option will be unavailable for your bet.
6. Golden Palace reserves the right to not offer the cashout option for any bet or event, at its sole discretion.
7. Golden Palace reserves the right to not offer the cashout option to any specific customer or group of customers at its sole discretion, e.g. in case of abuse of the option.
8. Golden Palace reserves the right to decline any cashout request at it sole discretion.
9. Golden Palace reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a previously accepted cashout (e.g. in case of a palpable error).
