ATP Brussels 2025: Belgian hopes shine on home soil

08 October 2025

After nine successful years in Antwerp, Belgium’s biggest tennis event is moving to the heart of the country. From 12 to 19 October 2025, the ATP Brussels tournament will make its debut at Forest National, welcoming some of the finest talents on the international circuit.

With top players like Lorenzo Musetti, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Frances Tiafoe, and Jiri Lehecka set to compete, fans can expect a spectacular week of world-class tennis – and a chance to cheer for homegrown heroes.

Belgian pride

All eyes in Belgium will be on Zizou Bergs and Raphaël Collignon, the two local players flying the national flag in Brussels. Bergs, known for his explosive energy and crowd connection, will be eager to make a deep run in front of his home supporters. Collignon, a rising talent with a steady baseline game, will look to build on a promising season on the Challenger Tour.

Playing at home often brings both pressure and inspiration, but the Brussels crowd is known for its warmth and passion – and that could make all the difference for the Belgian duo.

International stars to watch

The tournament’s draw reads like a showcase of modern tennis. Italian star Lorenzo Musetti (ATP 9), already a top contender on hard courts, will be among the favourites for the title. Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, American Frances Tiafoe, and last year’s Antwerp winner Roberto Bautista Agut will also bring experience and flair to the Belgian capital.

The mix of youth and experience promises exciting matchups and plenty of unpredictable moments – exactly what tennis fans love about the ATP Tour.

Who could go all the way?

With so many strong contenders, the race for the first Brussels trophy looks wide open. Our experts believe Musetti and Auger-Aliassime have the consistency and firepower to go deep, while Tiafoe remains a fan favourite capable of lighting up any court he steps on.

As for the Belgians, a spirited home performance could see Bergs spring a surprise or two. If he channels the energy of the Brussels crowd, a quarterfinal run might not be out of reach.

The next chapter of Belgian tennis

The arrival of the ATP Brussels marks a new chapter for tennis in Belgium – one that connects local fans, homegrown talent, and global stars in one vibrant setting. For players and supporters alike, it’s a week to celebrate the sport and experience top-level tennis up close.

The stage is set, the lights are ready – and the question is: who will lift the first-ever Brussels trophy?
