Article 1: Object
The limited liability company Belgium Web Casino (hereinafter “BWC” or “Golden Palace”), whose head office is located at Avenue des Croix de Guerre 120, 1120 Brussels, registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0842448364, organizes a “Hockey Stick Giveaway” Giveaway (hereinafter “the Giveaway”). The Giveaway takes place and is managed on the Golden Palace Instagram page.
These regulations (hereinafter the “Regulations”) set the general conditions in force for the Giveaway.
Participants declare that they have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the Rules in their entirety, and in particular the article relating to personal data when accessing and registering for the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is neither managed nor sponsored by Instagram.
As part of this Giveaway, there is no commercial link with the company Decatlhon (Dita).

Article 2: Definitions
In these Regulations, the terms below have the following meaning:
• “Participant” or “You”: the person who meets the conditions of Article 3 and who participates in the Giveaway.
• “Giveaway Organizer” or “We”: Belgium Web Casino SRL.
• “Giveaway”: Hockey Stick Giveaway
• “Site”: the website accessible at the following internet address: www.goldenpalace.be (Instagram page)

Article 3: Duration
The Giveaway runs from 06/08/2024 at 14:00 PM to 09/08/2024 at 14:00 PM.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances require. In this case, we will inform you as quickly as possible via our social networks.

Article 4: Conditions of participation
   4.1 Participation in the Giveaway is open to any adult natural person, over 18 years of age, with the legal capacity to act, excluding members of the Organizer's staff, the Group of Companies to which they belong, companies partners, companies having participated directly and/or indirectly in the promotion and/or realization of the Giveaway, as well as members of their family (spouse, common-law partner, ascendant, direct descendant, brother, sister, etc.) as well as any other person residing at the same address as one of the aforementioned and excluded persons.
   4.2 Any participation implies unconditional, full and complete acceptance of the mechanics of the Giveaway, the Rules and any amendments thereto and no dispute relating thereto will be taken into consideration.
   4.3 Each Participant can only participate in the Giveaway once and can only claim one prize. The identity of the Participant is defined on the basis of the data that the latter communicates to Golden Palace. Golden Palace cannot under any circumstances be held responsible if the identification of a Participant is impossible due to erroneous or incomplete data communicated by the latter. At all times, Participants must be able to provide proof of their identity. If abuse by a person, fraud or suspicion of cheating is noted, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate all of that person's participation.
   4.4 All Participants acknowledge that the Giveaway and obtaining the Prize require specific technical knowledge and skills.
   4.5 This Giveaway carries no obligation to purchase or participate in a game of chance.
   4.6 The Organizer may at any time exclude a person from participation in the Giveaway at its own discretion, following a breach of one of the conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception or perfidious participation in the Giveaway. Any attempt at fraud by a person participating in the Giveaway may result in their participation being declared void, without prior warning.
   4.7 Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to take the necessary legal steps against anyone who has defrauded, attempted to defraud, is responsible for abuse or attempted to commit abuse. Organized or collective participations in the Giveaway will be considered abuse or fraud and may result in the exclusion of said participations, keeping all other rights of the Organizer intact.

Article 5: Conduct of the Giveaway and designation of winners
To have a chance of winning, participants must follow the following steps:
   • → Follow Instagram accounts Golden_palace.be 
   • → Tag 2 friends in the Giveaway’s Instagram post
   • → Complete the Giveaway form that includes the questions of the Giveaway

Prizes:
   • The participant who has fulfilled all the conditions above and who has an answer to the tie-breaking question that is closest to reality will be declared the winner of the Giveaway. If the final score is 0-0, the final question will be the one that decides between the participants.
   • In the event of a tie, the participant who first meets all of the above conditions will be declared the winner.
   • The winner will win a Pro hockey stick - worth €250. The model is the Dita expert LowBow 85% carbon adult field hockey stick.
   • The winner will be contacted personally the working day following the end of the contest.
The winner will be notified personally by private message by Golden Palace. All information concerning the prize as well as the various terms and conditions will be communicated in the aforementioned message.
The winner has 3 working days from the day they are notified to respond to the private message and send their personal data. In the absence of a reaction to the private message, the winner acknowledges that he will be disqualified and will lose his right to the prize.
The prize is not transferable and cannot under any circumstances be replaced at the winner's request by a sum of money or by another prize. If the prize is refused, it returns to the Organizer.
No communication can be exchanged about the progress of the Giveaway, the determination of winners and the awarding of the Prize. The Organizer’s selection of winners is indisputable. Any possible difficulties in the interpretation or application of these Regulations will be decided by the Organizer.

Article 6: Amendments to the Rules
   6.1 Golden Palace reserves the right, in agreement with the partner companies, to modify the organization, suspend, shorten, extend, postpone, cancel or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without notice, without indication of reasons and without compensation to Participants or third parties.
   6.2 In the event that Golden Palace or one of its partners is forced to prematurely end the Giveaway, modify it or put an end to it following the inappropriate behavior of one of the Participants, Golden Palace reserves the right to seek compensation for the damage suffered as a result from the latter.

Article 7: Liability
   7.1. Subject to serious or intentional misconduct, neither the Organizer, nor its staff, nor its partners called upon as part of the Giveaway can be held responsible for any possible damage, direct or indirect, of any nature whatsoever. which arise on the occasion of, or in the context of participation in the Giveaway or arise from the organization thereof, the designation of winners or the awarding (or non-awarding) of prizes whatever whether its cause, its origin or its consequences, even when the Organizer is informed of the risks of such damage.
   7.2. In particular, the Organizer will not be held responsible, among other things, in the following cases:
      • malicious intervention within the framework of the Giveaway,
      • fraudulent maneuver by a third party linked to the Giveaway,
      • failure to receive or destroy an entry,
      • disruptions that may affect the smooth running of the Giveaway,
      • cases of force majeure as defined by the case law of the Court of Cassation and which may affect the smooth running of the Giveaway,

   7.3. The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of force majeure or unforeseen events (including, but not limited to, technical problems, etc.) which jeopardize the organization and administration of the Giveaway.
   7.4. Any Winner waives any claim or recourse against the Organizer or any of the companies in the Group of Companies to which he or she belongs with regard to the Prize, in particular their quality or any consequences generated by taking possession of the Prize.

Article 8: Personal data
   8.1 Golden Palace processes personal data transmitted as part of the Giveaway in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data. This processing is based on Article 6.1. a) and b) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection. The data will not be passed on to third parties or social media.
   8.2 As part of the Giveaway and interactions with Golden Palace, We may collect various personal data:
      • Identification data: your first and last name and date of birth, email address and telephone number
      • Data from your interactions on our dedicated pages on social media.
  
   8.3 Participants in the Giveaway expressly consent to Golden Palace processing the data obtained as part of the Giveaway.
   8.4 The personal data of Participants are processed, in accordance with the Regulations, for the purposes of the smooth running of the Giveaway, and in particular in order to contact the Participants or verify their information.
   8.5 Participants have a right of access, a right to have data erased and a right of rectification relating to this data, and where applicable a right to object to their use for direct marketing purposes. To this end, the Participant simply needs to send an email to the following email address: [email protected], attaching a copy of their identity card. Please note, the exercise of certain rights may have the effect or purpose of canceling participation in the Giveaway or obtaining the Prize.
   8.6 Golden Palace will take all necessary precautions to keep personal data confidential. By confirming the sending of their personal data, the Participant acknowledges, however, that the sending of this data is never without risk.
   8.7 Personal data will be kept by Golden Palace for the duration of the Giveaway and the time necessary to designate the winners and send the Prize.
   8.8 For more information, the data protection policy is available at https://www.goldenpalace.be/fr/privacy which informs how Participants can adjust their privacy protection settings.

   8.10 Any Participant authorizes the Organizer of the Giveaway in which he participated to reproduce and communicate to the public his first and last name, his voice and/or his image by all means and processes and on all media, in particular on the site www.goldenpalace.be or on Golden Palace social networks for a period of two (2) years from the start date of the Giveaway and for the entire world, without this use giving rise to any compensation.

Article 9: Image rights
   9.1 Participants accept the publication provided for in article 8.10, without however claiming any compensation.
   9.2 By participating in this Giveaway, Participants agree to be kept informed of the results of this Giveaway via informative email sent by one of the Golden Palace Group companies, or via an informative poster displayed in the room.
   9.3 Participants and winners of the Giveaway agree to participate in various promotional operations without any compensation for a period of 6 months, in particular interviews, photo and video shoots.

Article 10: Proof
   10.1. It is agreed that the Organizer may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) of a nature or in computer or electronic formats or media, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by the Organizer, particularly in its information systems.
   10.2. The elements considered constitute evidence and, if they are produced as means of proof by the Organizer in any contentious or other procedure, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force. as any document which is established, received or kept in writing.

Article 11: Contestation
Any dispute or complaint relating to the Giveaway, its progress and/or the Prize attached to it must be sent in writing (by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) to the Organizer within seven (7) working days following the end of the Giveaway. Giveaway. Under no circumstances can complaints be handled orally or by telephone. Complaints issued after the deadline, not formulated in writing or whose author cannot be identified by name will not be processed.

Article 12: Applicable law and disputes
   12.1. These Rules and the Giveaway, their execution and interpretation are subject to Belgian law.
      • The Participants undertake, in the event of a discussion concerning the application or interpretation of the Regulations, to first seek an amicable solution with the Organizer before initiating legal proceedings.
      • In the event of persistent disagreement relating to the application or interpretation of the Regulations and its possible amendments or in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Brussels.

Article 13: Nullity
If one of the provisions of the conditions of the Regulations should be considered void or invalid, the other provisions of the Regulations will retain their full legal force.
