TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To participate in this promotion, players must be over 18 years of age at the time of the promotion. And the player has to have an activated F+ License on www.goldenpalacesports.be     
2. Tournament starts on 7 april 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 16 april 2024 at 23:59.     
3. Central European Time (CET) is used to determine the start and end of each promotion period.     
4. The goal of the tournament is to collect points by placing eligible bets (see clause 5 and 6) during the tournament.     
5. Bets are considered eligible if they fulfil all of the below conditions:     
a. The bet must be placed exclusively on ATP 1000 Masters Monte Carlo matches (Qualification matches are not valid) on Goldenpalace.be. Sports bets that include selections on other events or competitions, as well as other types of bets such as wagers on Casino Games, Live Casino or Virtual Sports, are not eligible for this offer.     
b. The bet must have a minimum stake of €5.     
c. The bet must be on accumulator (doubles & upwards) or a Single bet. System bets are not eligible for this offer.     
d. The bet must be settled as a winner. Losing bets, cashed out bets and and cancelled/void bets are not eligible for this offer.     
6. Every day, the customer’s eligible bet with the highest odds will score him points to climb up the leaderboard. The odds of that bet will be multiplied by 100 in order to determine the daily points for the customer. Example : Customer X won 3 sports bets on Tuesday. The first bet has odds of 5.20, the second has odds of 9.00 and the third has odds of 6.50. As the highest odds of these bets are 9.00, the points customer would win 9.00 x 100 = 900 points (9.00 x 100) on Tuesday.     
7. After the tournament, the top 10 of the leaderboard will receive prizes as detailed below.     
8. The date of bet settlement is used to determine to which day a bet counts. E.g. if a bet was placed on Thursday, but settled on Friday; then it will count towards the customer’s Friday bets.     
9. Golden Palace will strive to update the leaderboard every morning by 11 am with the points of the previous day, but occasional delays may occur. 
10. The prizepool will be distributed among the players who scored the most points throughout the duration of the tournament:               
 

          
11. If two or more players end with equal points at the end of the tournament, the position in the leaderboard will be decided as follows:     
a. The number of eligible tickets played in the tournament.     
b. If the tie still exists, the total staked amount of the eligible tickets will be used to break the tie.     
12. The prize will be credited to the customer’s player  account within 10 working days.     
13. Golden Palace reserves the right to audit, at any time, the data and transaction logs for any reason whatsoever. In the event that, as a result of such checks, it is found that a customer is participating in bonus abuse strategies, Golden Palace reserves the right to cancel the player's entitlement to this and any future promotions.      
14. By participating in this promotion, players agree to the terms and conditions.      
15. By participating in this promotion, players agree to receive promotional and informational messages about this promotion. This permission only applies to communication about this promotion and does not affect player’s other newsletter preferences.     
16. The Golden Palace general terms of use apply to this promotion.     
17. In case of conflict between the different languages of this document, the English version is the one that is considered to be correct.     
18. In case of a legal dispute with the organization The Limited Liability Company B.W.C (hereinafter "BWC SRL" or "GOLDEN PALACE"), whose registered office is located at 120 Avenue des Croix de Guerre, 1120 Brussels, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number BE0842 448 364, regarding this promotion, regardless if this conflict was initiated by Golden Palace or not, this dispute can only be ruled on by French speaking courts of Brussels.      
19. Golden Palace reserves the right to modify any part of this promotion or this promotion as a whole at its sole discretion.
